2025 Swan Bay Vintage BrutTasting Note The Swan Bay Vintage Brut is a classic variety of Pinot Noir sourced from the cool climate region of the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria. It displays fruit characters of strawberry and plum fruits with citrus notes and some yeast lees complexity. Lovely as an aperitif or compliments a variety of foods.

The palate displays upfront stone fruit and honeysuckle which makes way to a spice mid palate
