In some of the worlds best restaurants and bars, La Vieille Ferme has been acknowledged as one of the best value for money wines in the world. The 2022 vintage experienced contrasting climatic hazards which allowed to offer good quality grapes and a very promising aromatic complexity, with however a heterogeneous volume depending on the plots.

After racking off juice solids the blend components were initially ‘fermented’ briefly with a ‘non-conventional’ Metschnikowia pulcherimma strain before fermenting with a our own blend of strains to complete fermentation
