A combination of Port

- 14 years old agave Potatorum (Tobala)

Syrah and Mourvèdre from the Côtes de Provence region in France

with the latter now discontinued

Signatory currently bottle at three strengths: 43%

smooth and well balanced with notes of earthy agave and citrus

and a straight rye whiskey

the 78Ëš Classic Gin is vapour distilled using a unique column and basket distillation method

Matured in first fill bourbon casks
