Cross ventilation. Thick crystal clear acrylic. Natural woods have been sealed for mold resistance. We use Galapagos Reptile Moss and Supermoss for our enclosures, both considered pet safe. We do not seal our moss as we feel it is helpful in maintaining humidity for successful molts. Gorilla hot glue and Superglue are used
