2011 Estate Cabernet SauvignonNow thirteen years old, after being cellared at controlled temperatures, and is drinking superbly. Showing classical aged cabernet characters of cedar and tobacco with hints of dried herbs and fennel seeds. Savoury and pretty aromas. Black fruit, plummy dark fruits packs a punch upfront.
