Phase Three - Three Juiced DIPA"Double dry hopped double IPA with Citra, El Dorado & Galaxy. It's been over 6 yrs since the release of co founder, Shaun's first hazy. We attempted to recreate it as close as possible, from recipe process, including using an old Phase One fermenter we added to our tank farm earlier this year. A lot has changed with this style in the last 6 years. This is a little like stepping into a time machine to see where our love began with this style. Sorta
