Beach Yarn-Dyed Stripe Cotton - Ex-Designer DeadstockI'm a big fan of these stripes. They're so graphic. The thinner and thicker stripes have a wonderfully graphic element you could have a lot of fun playing around with their direction if that's what you like. This fabric is yarn dyed and then woven, so both sides of the fabric look the same. The white stripe lines look ever so slightly raised. It's a super quality with a lovely soft handle. This fabric would be ideal for lots of different garments:

Choice of button-front opening or faux bow ties with hidden snaps

Exposed zip front opening

This dusky pink shade is a wonderdfully warm shade and like all corduroy

Stretch: 80% widthways

The branches run throughout the fabric and show buds forming

It reminds me a little of looking at flowers against foliage but in a fresh colourway

It's a reasonably large-scale print as most flowers are approximately 10cm wide

Weight: 210gsm

and tan against a chestnut background is a really lovely mix which doesn't feel pastiche

It's a wardrobe staple as the cloth is slightly heavier weight so would suit multiple uses - dresses

It is sooooo much softer than a cotton denim and has a more fluid drape
