Orders over the value of £20 are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked and/or Signed services depending on the destination

please be aware that Royal Mail will unfortunately not consider a compensation claim for loss until 10 working days (5 for Special Delivery items) have elapsed since the delivery due date

International orders up to the value of £20 are dispatched with Royal Mail International Standard

If anything is wrong with your item when it arrives then please get in touch before leaving feedback

All other items are posted in sturdy boxes with void filler and bubble wrap as necessary
