Streaky BaconWe pride ourselves on the flavour of our bacon over all else it is the yardstick we measure ourselves against. Streaky bacon is taken from the belly. The pork itself is the single most important ingredient in any ham and bacon and all of ours comes from our pastured pigs. Nowhere else. It is then slow cured over 7 days and smoked with hickory and applewood over 12 hours.

Our toulouse sausages are made to bring out the true flavour of the pork itself
