Zedist Shell | OriginalThe parallels between some shells and my zedist spells might ring some bells. Sometimes I feel like I am carving out an exoskeleton upon a spinning plane. Just one frozen iteration of an infinitely replicating fractal network that has cracked open and remains frozen on my canvas like a lightening stain. Capturing organic patterns while adding a little splish splash of water to peer thru. Trying to capture some sun lit refraction's as you snorkel thru

Its subtle shifts in pinks work well with the natural shifts required by the morphology

Again showing the similarity between plant patterns and ordered tessellations

To me it is a zedist puzzle to solve and a challenge to the viewer to hold these two opposing concepts in mind at one time

I began searching for an image that would lend itself to being mapped on top of my new “virtual” surface and came upon a rather spirited elephant with ears fanned out and its trunk erect

I have attempted to show that we are energetic beings consciously connected to the full spectrum of reality if we chose to simply acknowledge it

Painted in fertile pinks and reds upon a green life-giving background

There is also a large star supporting the entire organic structure of the flower

one mapped onto the picture plane and another mapped onto the green avocado or pear-like fruit
