Mas Théo - Ginger - Southern Rhône, FranceGinger is an orange, skin contact wine produced for the first time ever by Mas Tho, our favourite biodynamic Southern Rhne vignerons. It was a slow ferment in the underground limestone caves, taking nearly a year for the sugars to be consumed by the native yeasts. The resulting wine is complex and absolutely splendid : an intense and tannic wine with notes of honey, medicinal herbs, orange peel and clove on the nose. For those who are willing to try
