Nana Vins VDF Rouge 'Konjo Fouzitou' 2024(Owner Winemaker: Nathalie Gaubicher) D&M NOTES (01 2026): OVERVIEW: First a bit about the name here: Konjo is the Japanese word for "guts" and fouzitou is slang for "throw it all in there". This is a way of stating that this a true mix of both white and red varietals grown organically Cinsault, Carignan, Clairette, Terret, Grenache Blanc. The white grapes are destemmed and macerated with whole clusters of the red grapes. Everything is then pressed
